Who we share it with
Your details are read by our directors. We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our email, who process data on our behalf and under contract: Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and receives form submissions, and our email provider. Some of these providers store data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are made under recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
We may share information with our professional advisers, and with others where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact with you. If we go on to work together, we keep records for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would be grateful for the chance to resolve your concern first.
